7-Day Sizing Exchange
If a blazer, hoodie, or boot does not fit precisely to your liking, notify our concierge within 7 calendar days of delivery to initiate an exchange for an alternate size or store credit.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all security tags, ribbon trims, and brand cards intact.
Exchange Process
For clients in Douala and Yaoundé, our courier will collect the item at your doorstep upon delivering your replacement. For other regions, agency drop-off is coordinated.
